The Village At Mountain
Ridge Supports CINQ
The
Village at Mountain Ridge HOA has assisted a grass-roots
citizens group, Citizens Involved in the Northwest Quadrant
(CINQ) which is opposing the Superhighway toll road. CINQ
supports the conservation of the unique character, historic,
and natural values of Mountain Ridge, Golden and Jefferson
County. CINQ opposes a 6 or 8-lane, 65 mph Superhighway toll
road through Arvada or Golden. Instead, CINQ supports
widening SH93 and Indiana/McIntyre to 4 lanes. Several
studies over the last 20 years clearly demonstrate widening
SH93 and Indiana/McIntyre best relieves congestion and costs
about 50% less to construct when compared to the cost of a
Superhighway toll road. CINQ does not support tax subsidies
to build private toll roads for the primary benefit of
private development, and CINQ objects to foreign-ownership
of any toll roads in Jefferson County. Learn more by

CINQ's Strategy
CINQ is a
political organization established to influence the opinions
of government and citizens on the superhighway. CINQ has
been active in initiating public relations efforts and
public meetings with various organizations and elected
officials. CINQ urges Mountain Ridge residents to learn more and
get involved.
