The Executive
Board has established a committee to organize the community, make
recommendations, and formulate a plan to oppose the building of the Jefferson Parkway
toll road (Also referred to as “beltway”). To get involved or get more

The Secretary (or designated agent) records the
votes and keeps minutes of all meetings &
proceedings. In addition, they keep track of

amendments to
the Declaration. |

Treasurer |
The Treasurer (or designated agent) receives
and deposits all monies of the Association,
disburses funds, and signs/authorizes
promissory notes/checks. In addition they keep
the books and compile an Annual Report made
by a CPA. |

The Member at Large assists in all areas of
Board activities. |

The Village At Mountain Ridge Annual Homeowners Meeting is
held in November, at the Golden Community Center, and Residents will be
notified of the Date and Time though Mail and Email. The Village At Mountain Ridge Executive Board meets monthly.
