The Executive Board is made up
of 5 Village of Mountain Ridge members who's serve from one, two, to three years
terms of service.

The Secretary (or designated agent) records the
votes and keeps minutes of all meetings &
proceedings. In addition, they keep track of
members and their addresses, and prepare,
execute, certify, and record
amendments to
the Declaration. |

Treasurer |
The Treasurer (or designated agent) receives
and deposits all monies of the Association,
disburses funds, and signs/authorizes
promissory notes/checks. In addition they keep
the books and compile an Annual Report made
by a CPA. |

Tips on Viewing Executive Board Minutes 
The Village At Mountain Ridge Executive Board meets the
2nd Thursday of every month in the
Golden Community Center.
Board minutes for the past 6 months are accessible via this web site. If you wish minutes prior to this please contact
Maximum Property Management below to request a copy.
The Village At Mountain Ridge Annual Homeowners Meeting is
held in November, at the Golden Community Center, and Residents will be
notified of the Date and Time though Mail and Email.

Currently there are two committees, Neighborhood Watch and the Northwest Parkway.
Neighborhood Watch Committee
The Executive Board has established a committee to form
a neighborhood watch program for the Village at Mountain
Ridge community. To get involved or get more information,

Northwest Parkway Committee
