The Village At Mountain Ridge Executive Board             

The Executive Board has established a committee to organize the community, make recommendations, and formulate a plan to oppose the building of the Jefferson Parkway toll road (Also referred to as “beltway”). Below is a table showing the Executive Board Offices with their duties/responsibilities, and the 2010 member serving in that position.

President
    Presides at all Executive Board meetings and
   sees that orders and resolutions are carried out.
   The President also signs all leases, mortgages,
   deeds, and cosigns / authorizes promissory
   notes and checks of the Association.
Glenn Moore
Vice-President

   The Vice-President acts in the place of the
   President's absence. 

                  Bruce Bacon
Secretary

   The Secretary (or designated agent) records the
   votes and keeps minutes of all meetings &
   proceedings. In addition, they keep track of
   members and their addresses, and prepare,
   execute, certify, and record amendments to
   the Declaration.
Beka Durand
Treasurer

   The Treasurer (or designated agent) receives
   and deposits all monies of the Association,
   disburses funds, and signs/authorizes
   promissory notes/checks. In addition they keep
   the books and compile an Annual Report made
   by a CPA.

Mike Noyes
Member at Large

 

   The Member at Large assists in all areas of
   Board activities.

The Village At Mountain Ridge Annual Homeowners Meeting is held in November, at the Golden Community Center, and Residents will be notified of the Date and Time though Mail and Email.  The Village At Mountain Ridge Executive Board meets monthly.  Check the Event Page for Dates, Times and Locations.

Neighborhood Watch Committee

The Executive Board has established a committee to form a neighborhood watch program for the Village at Mountain Ridge community.
