Hello, I was curious if there were many kids in the neighborhood and if anyone had feedback about the schools, i.e. Mitchell or the middle or senior highschools, and also looking for data other than CSAP or Great School data which I have reviewed. I have not visited in person yet although my husband drove through and felt like the kids could bike and play. We will be moving to the area soon and have a 7 and a 5 year old. We are in the house hunting stage. We were concerned about the noise from 93. Is this obvious throughout the neighborhood. My husband loves downtown Golden and thought this was a great neighborhood but just wanted to know if it was a fit for families with young kids. Thank you for any information.
