Pretty clearly not all homes that need to be painted are being monitored properly. Just check out 422 White Ash Drive to see what I mean. Not only is the house and trim in serious need to painting, but leaking gutters have caused the wood trim on several windows plus areas of the facia to rot. Why is this house allowed to be so clearly in need of both painting and structural repairs while at the same time, homes not in need of painting are being cited.
