I am very upset with the letter we received stating our house was in need of painting because of trim boards that are flaking, and body surfaces and garage doors are faded. There is no flaking anywhere on our house. Of course, the letter suggested we call Jim Crigler for more info, and I'm still waiting for a call back. Our intention is to paint the exterior of our house in the summer of 2008.
