Dues of $131 are now due Quarterly by the 10th of April, July, October, January.

Pay Your Dues Automatically Out of Your Bank Account!

If you would like to have your HOA
dues withdrawn from your account automatically, please fill out the direct deposit form and return it with a voided check to the address listed below. The funds for your dues will be withdrawn from your account between the 5th and 8th of the month when payments are
due. These forms may also be

City of Golden
begins work on New Berm in South part of Neighborhood begins. Trees are being removed to make way for a narrow earthen mountain for sight and sound mitigation for many of the houses backing up to Highway 93. The work will be mostly from Iowa Drive to the pedestrian bridge. The trail will be closed on this section for several months. When complete, the trail will be relocated and most trees replanted. Please send your comments to the City of Golden.
